SUP Touring
TO WEAR (summer conditions)
Neoprene leggings, Peak UK longjohn wetsuit or board shorts
Rash vest (avoid cotton as it is not breathable)
Paddling jacket (great as a wind barrier or provide protection from the rain). We are a fan of the Peak UK Adventure Single Jacket and Tourlite Hoody
Marathon racer PFD by Peak UK
Guide Belt by Peak UK
Water shoes, we are a big fans of Vivobarefoot SwimRun (great if you need to scramble over rocks, good drainage and comfortable too)
Sun hat
Sunglasses on a leash or wear Bomber sunglasses as they float

Warm thermal leggings and top
Dry trousers and dry jacket OR dry suit depending on condition and planned trip
Warm fleece
Buffalo mittens
Warm hat (protect your ears to avoid ear inflection)
Vivobarefoot SwimRun boots with Sealskinz socks

Personal choice a 4-5mm wetsuit with a built in hood to protect ears
